Teddy Madness :)

Был у меня тут в недоделках медведь, ниток не хватило, отложила "на потом" :) Ну вот, наступило это самое "потом" и решила я в подарок довязать девочку мишку. Ну а ребенок мой решил, что никому в подарок отдавать не собирается и как только я дособирала и отрезала последнюю ниточку, игрушку у меня из рук ликвидировали с комментарием "спасибо, мама!" :) Так что теперь у нас живет двое медвежат - первый и последняя мной связанные по замечательной схемке медиссона :)

I had an unfinished Madisson Teddy Bear I started a long time ago when suddenly I ran out of cotton and since I couldnt find the right thread anywhere at the time, I put the project on hold. And finally this Spring a miracle happened and the Teddy (this time a girl) was finished. I truly believed it was a present for a friend, but my oldest had different plans for the baby bear - she simply popped the newborn toy out of my hands crying out loud "Thanks, Mommy!" as soon as I finished assembling it and cut the last thread :) From then on we have two pet Teddies living with us - my very first and last Madisson Teddies.

На этот раз димовский Апчхи - на одном дыхании просто, оченно мне нравится, очень нравится Кристине, теперь надо придумать и воплотить оформление :)

I finally got my hands on Dimensions Achoo! I have to say it was a tremendous pleasure and the canvas was finished before You could say "Bless You!" :) Christina adores the dalmatian puppy as much as I do, it seems. All we have to do now is get a right frame.

Когда увидела в нете фотку этой собаки, поняла, что это ОНО :) как раз то, что я хочу подарить одному замечательному знакомому человечку :) Да и повод даже есть - ее пупсе в апреле 3 годика :) Так что решено! За дело! :)
Ну а мои пупсы не согласны дарить то, что  у себя еще не имеют, поэтому получилось две веселенькие и оч разные лопоухие собачки

Once I saw the picture of this doggy on the net, I knew it was THE ONE! Exactly what I wanted for a great person I know. And I even had a reason for a gift - her baby turns 3 in April!
And since my own babies do not agree to giving away something they like and do not yet have themselves, TWO very funny lop-eared dogs were born :)

ОНА ОБАЛДЕННАЯ!! :) Спасибо еще миллионы раз Паоле Наварро за чудеснейшие схемы, я полгода рыла интернет и я ее нашла!! :) Как же я ее хотела себе, не передать словами :) Ну и еще один человечек тож хотел :) Как говорится, хотеть не вредно, вредно не хотеть! Поэтому Катюшка моя дорогая, С ДНЕМ РОЖДЕНИЯ!!

SHE IS PLAIN AMAZING! Many thanks to Paola Navarro for the fantastic patterns! I have been looking for Dollie all over the internet for half a year since I first saw her in somebodys blog and finally I found what I was looking for! I just cannot describe my obsession with this toy, I wanted her more than anything :) And I know somebody who was obsessed with this beauty as much as I was. Yet again, be careful what You wish for because Your wish might actually come true. My dearest Katherine, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

More stitches - Permin cars

Увидела и влюбилась, вопрос был только в том, чтоб время найти :) Муж долго хихикал над забавным "жуком" на картинках, но согласился, что в кабинет отлично подойдут. Итак, все готово кроме оформления - это за мужем - его машинки, его кабинет :)

Once I saw them, I instantly fell in love. The only problem was juggling the time resources :) My husband made quite a few jokes about this *beetle*, but agreed that it would look great by the desk in the office. And here they are, Permin cars, finished and waiting for the frames which is my husbands job this time.

Cross-stitched happiness

Крестики, крестики.. сколько лет удавалось мне находить своим рукам другое занятие, а тут захлестнуло. Закрутилось, завертелось :) и понеслась :)
Итак, после долгого перерыва - подарок на день рождения, метрика
Ну и вот так она выглядит в оформлении :)

I have managed to keep my hands busy with anything but cross stitch for so many years up until now. And I just cannot stop, it seems :) So here is, after a pretty long pause, a birthday present - the birth sampler.

Thanks to Paola we now have a new amazing member in our toy family! This one is for my friend's daughter's first birthday. About 50-60sm high, and feels like a fantastically soft terry towel :)
